Core Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greeting clients, registering guests, and ensuring a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls; managing emails and company correspondence.
- Administration: Sorting mail, maintaining office records, updating files, and ordering office supplies.
- Scheduling: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating appointments.
- Office Operations: Supporting HR with onboarding, managing logistics (travel bookings), and assisting with basic bookkeeping (invoices, petty cash). Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organization: Robust multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Professionalism: A friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred. Qualification: HS and Graduate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00
