Business Development Associate (Agartala)

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the reach of Learnnex Academy. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and sales abilities to identify new business opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the organization’s revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads for Learnnex Academy’s bootcamp programs
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, clients, and educational institutions
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market demand, and industry trends
- Effectively present Learnnex Academy’s offerings and convert prospects into enrolled students
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development and outreach strategies
- Manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and ensure a smooth and professional sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and regularly report progress to management
- Travel when required for business development activities (expenses reimbursed as per company policy) Requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills
