Role & responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements
- Handle client billing (RA bills) and subcontractor billing
- Verify and certify contractor bills as per work progress
- Monitor project cost, budget, and variations
- Prepare and track work orders and contracts
- Manage rate analysis and cost comparisons
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams
- Ensure proper documentation of all measurements and bills
- Handle variation orders and claims management
- Support audits and maintain records for compliance Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with ERP systems
