Business Development Associate Agartala

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the reach of Learnnex Academy. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and sales abilities to identify new business opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the organization’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate potential leads for Learnnex Academy’s bootcamp programs Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, clients, and educational institutions Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market demand, and industry trends Effectively present Learnnex Academy’s offerings and convert prospects into enrolled students Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development and outreach strategies Manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and ensure a smooth and skilled sales process Maintain accurate records of sales activities and regularly report progress to management Travel when required for business development activities (expenses reimbursed as per company policy)

Requirements Robust presentation and communication skills Ability to generate leads and conduct market research Experience in preparing and delivering effective presentations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid organizational and time-management abilities

Pay: ₹360,000.00
- ₹600,000.00 per year
