They lead technical teams, manage vendor contracts, control budgets, and ensure compliance with safety codes.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Maintenance: Oversee daily operation, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, and building management systems (BMS).Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule technicians and engineers, ensuring safety standards are followed.Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards, maintenance needs, and performance improvements.Budget Management: Develop and manage annual operating budgets (OPEX) and repair expenses.Contractor Management: Handle Vendor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), negotiate contracts, and manage third-party service providers.Energy Management: Implement energy-efficient solutions and monitor consumption data to reduce costs.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management.Experience: 3–5+ years in facility maintenance, preferably with experience overseeing multiple sites or complex infrastructures (e.g., data centers, commercial buildings).Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems, fire safety regulations, and HVAC.Skills: Robust leadership, project management, troubleshooting, and proficiency in MS Office or facility management software.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Reduction in equipment downtime.Maintenance budget variance.Safety incident rate.Energy consumption reduction targets.
