Role Description This is an in office, full time role for a Chief Hospital Administrator, based in Bargarh. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth management across all departments, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities include implementing policies, managing hospital staff, monitoring resource allocation, enhancing customer service, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The administrator will also coordinate with medical professionals to maintain operational efficiency and support the hospital's growth.

Qualifications
- Skills in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management to effectively oversee daily activities and streamline services. Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to ensure high patient satisfaction and efficient stakeholder engagement. Basic understanding of Medicine to collaborate effectively with medical professionals and comprehend healthcare processes. Robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in hospital or healthcare administration is highly desirable. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
