This Real Estate Telecaller job description is to generate leads, pitch property details, and schedule high-converting site visits. As a Real Estate Telecaller and Sales Executive, you will be the bridge between the company and prospective property buyers. Your primary goal is to initiate outbound calls, pitch residential/commercial projects, and drive site visits for the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential buyers and investors from provided databases. Property Pitching: Explain project highlights (location, pricing, amenities, and floor plans) accurately and persuasively. Needs Assessment: Understand the client’s budget, location preferences, and property requirements to suggest suitable projects. Site Visit Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested clients with senior sales consultants. Follow-Ups: Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Database Management: Maintain updated, accurate logs of all client interactions, feedback, and lead status in the CRM system. Query Resolution: Handle inbound calls and resolve basic client inquiries politely and professionally.

Essential Requirements Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, telesales, or real estate. (Candidates with prior real estate experience are highly preferred). Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and convincing abilities. Fluency in English, Hindi languages. Tech Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software. Attributes: Target-oriented, patient, and highly resilient with excellent negotiation and listening skills.
