Production Manager (DayalBagh)

Job Description: Production Manager Company : Aakar Intimates Pvt Ltd Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight:
· Manage day-to-day production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations.
· Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
· Sample Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine product samples according to specifications.
· Coordinating with External Vendors: Manage communication and logistics with external vendors to facilitate smooth production processes.
· Dispatching Raw Materials: Organize and oversee the dispatch of raw materials to production facilities, ensuring adequate supply to meet manufacturing needs.
· Tracking In-House Manufacturing: Monitor and track day-to-day operations within our manufacturing unit, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
· Developing Manufacturing Reports: Generate comprehensive reports on manufacturing activities, detailing progress, challenges, and areas for improvement. Team Leadership:
· Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and morale.
· Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among production teams.
· Resolve employee issues and conflicts promptly and professionally. Quality Assurance:
· Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures to achieve production goals.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold product quality and compliance with regulations. Process Improvement:
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
· Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize disruptions. Inventory Management:
· Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for production needs while minimizing waste and overages.
· Coordinate with supply chain management to optimize material procurement and logistics. Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Designing or related field preferred.
· Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
· Robust knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP software. Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00
