Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate information to customers. Document all customer interactions meticulously within the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with fellow team members to devise strategies for improving customer satisfaction. Participate in training and development sessions to keep your skills sharp. Contribute creative ideas for enhancing customer experience and service processes. Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction tools.
