Job Role : Marketing Coordinator Location: Agra Department: Business Development & Marketing Reporting To: Head of Business Development Role Overview The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Business Development team by ensuring seamless coordination with field-based Business Development Managers (BDMs), maintaining accurate reporting systems, and monitoring demand generation activities for Educart’s Class 9–12 reference books. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving data-backed decisions to improve sales performance. Key Responsibilities 1. BDM Coordination & Monitoring
- Ensure timely submission of daily activity reports from BDMs, including start time, end time, and visit details
- Verify field visits to identify fake, duplicate, or inaccurate reporting
- Maintain effective communication between BDMs and the Head of Business Development
- Ensure adherence to reporting standards and field discipline 2. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Maintain and update dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets
- Track productivity and performance metrics of BDMs
- Recommend data-driven incentives and penalties based on performance 3. Market & Demand Generation Analysis
- Analyze territory-wise performance to assess demand generation effectiveness
- Track feedback from schools, coaching institutes, and other stakeholders
- Monitor market penetration and product demand trends
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing strategies 4. Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns with Training & Academic teams
- Support school-level activities, workshops, and promotional campaigns
- Track campaign performance and measure effectiveness
- Suggest improvements based on campaign data and feedback 5. Communication & Compliance
- Respond to school queries and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all BDM activities comply with company policies and guidelines
- Maintain accurate databases and documentation of field activities
- Assist in implementing current tracking systems and operational processes Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresher or experience in sales coordination, marketing operations, or field team management (EdTech/Publishing preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline Pay: ₹15,000.00
