Advanced System Administrator (Agra)

???? About the Role We are looking for an experienced Advanced System Administrator to manage servers, virtualization, and network infrastructure while providing advanced technical support to users. ???? Key Responsibilities
- Handle L2/L3 technical support and resolve complex issues
- Manage Windows Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP)
- Work on virtualization (VMware / Nutanix)
- Monitor and troubleshoot network (VPN, firewall, routing)
- Manage backup & recovery (Veeam/Rubrik)
- Maintain documentation and provide on-call support ✅ Requirements
- 2–5 years of IT support / system admin experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
- Experience with VMware or Nutanix
- Basic networking and security understanding
- Familiarity with backup tools ⭐ Valuable to Have
- Cloud experience (Azure / AWS)
- MSP / client-facing experience
