Social Media Manager, Agra

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. You will shape how the world perceives Nutrithy Wellness - from strategy and content to paid campaigns and community building. Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with brand goals across wellness, snacking, and experiencesPlan, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn Conceptualise and brief creatives to the design team for campaigns and daily posts Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Instagram / Facebook) and Google Track KPIs— reach, engagement, follower growth, ROAS - and present performance reportsIdentify and coordinate with influencers, wellness creators, and brand advocates Manage community engagement - respond to comments, DMs, and build brand loyalty Stay ahead of wellness, food, and lifestyle trends and translate them into content opportunities What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketingStrong understanding of Instagram growth strategies and Meta Ads Manager Experience with Google Ads is a strong advantage Excellent written communication and content briefing skills Analytical mindset— comfortable reading data and making decisions from it Prior experience in wellness, food, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is a plus
