The associate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas, replenishing supplies, and adhering to established cleaning protocols. The role also involves interacting with guests to address their needs, maintaining guest satisfaction, and assisting with any reservations or special requests. The associate will ensure hotel standards are consistently met or exceeded.Qualifications Strong Guest Services and Customer Service skills to ensure excellent guest experiences Experience in managing Reservations and handling guest inquiries professionally Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a hospitality or housekeeping role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are beneficial
