Warehouse Operations (Agra)

Role Overview:- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations to manage daily warehouse activities and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of books and publishing materials while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage inward and outward movement of books and publishing materials
- Supervise picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch operations
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely deliveries
- Ensure proper arrangement and categorization of books in the warehouse
- Track dispatch status and resolve shipment-related issues promptly
- Support bulk dispatches during peak academic seasons and exhibitions
- Maintain warehouse reports and daily operational MIS Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in warehouse operations or dispatch management
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, Zoho, and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in publishing, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industry preferred What We Offer:-
