Civil Engineer Project Manager (Mathura)

Civil Engineer Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion They ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and meet the specified quality and safety standards Their role combines technical expertise in civil engineering with leadership and project management skills to coordinate teams resources and stakeholders Key Responsibilities Leading and managing all phases of the construction project lifecycle from design through construction and final delivery Collaborating with architects engineers contractors and clients to develop project plans schedules and budgets Managing project timelines ensuring that milestones are met and addressing any delays or issues promptly Overseeing resource allocation including personnel equipment and materials to ensure efficient project execution Ensuring compliance with all local state and federal regulations including safety standards and building codes Preparing and presenting project reports including progress updates financial status and risk assessments Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that work is progressing according to plans and specifications Mitigating risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns Managing client relationships addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Key Skills Solid leadership and team management abilities Expertise in civil engineering principles and construction processes Proficiency in project management software e g MS Project Primavera AutoCAD Revit Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders clients and teams Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Knowledge of budgeting cost control and financial forecasting Problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve challenges efficiently Strong understanding of project risks and quality control processes Ability to manage construction contracts and procurement processes Educational Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering B Tech B E in Civil Engineering Project Management certification e g PMP or equivalent is highly desirable Master s degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering optional but preferred Extensive experience in civil engineering design construction and project management roles Experience Requirements 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a proven track record in project management Previous experience in managing large-scale construction projects including residential commercial or infrastructure projects Knowledge of construction industry standards health and safety regulations and legal requirements Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n20iw
