Maintenance Incharge – Factory OperationsJob Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Incharge to handle day-to-day factory maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance work inside the factory premises and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day maintenance work in the factory. Supervise and coordinate electrical and plumbing-related work. Manage small civil/construction and repair activities. Ensure proper functioning of factory equipment, lights, wiring, water systems, and utilities. Coordinate with local contractors, electricians, plumbers, and technicians whenever required. Monitor preventive maintenance schedules. Quickly resolve breakdowns and maintenance issues. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper working conditions in the factory. Keep records of maintenance work and material usage. Purchase or arrange required maintenance materials when needed.

Requirements

Experience in factory maintenance or facility management. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil work. Ability to manage workers and daily maintenance activities. Problem-solving attitude and quick response capability. Basic understanding of safety practices.
