At Uptime Crew, the role of Engineering Manager is a bridge between recruiting and training teams. The Engineering Manager is an integral partner in the Training Organization by implementing and executing training activities; and building employee expertise while ensuring they have excellent experience during their selection process and training.

Responsibilities Include...

Engineering Management & Leadership Directly lead, coach, and manage multiple software engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Serve as the first-line manager, managing team schedules and performance.
- Define high engineering standards, best practices, architecture, and design patterns for team adherence and quality assurance.
- Provide in-depth technical feedback on tech stacks, integration, and design patterns to accelerate candidate development without contributing code to the codebase.

Capstone Project Ownership (Technical Product Management) Act as the Technical Product Owner, defining the Capstone Project vision, strategy, and technical objectives.
