Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales – B2B) Industry: Agriculture (Pipes & Pumps) Job Type: Field Sales Location: Agra Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives) Eligibility: 12th Pass | Minimum 1 Year Experience | Basic English Age: 18 – 60 Years Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market visits to retailers, distributors, and dealers
- Build and expand the channel partner network
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify current business opportunities and generate leads
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Channel Sales / B2C Sales (Pipes & Pumps preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Submersible Pumps and PVC Pipes preferred
- Ability to develop new markets and manage dealer/customer relationships
- Self-motivated and comfortable with field work Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00
