- Design, build, and own core backend systems used at scale
- Work closely with founders and product leaders to ship features end-to-end
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable production-grade code
- Architect APIs, services, and data models with performance and security in mind
- Improve system reliability, observability, and scalability continuously
- Mentor junior engineers and help raise the engineering bar

- Have 4+ years of backend engineering experience
- Are strong in Python, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar backend stacks
- Have experience building and scaling production systems
- Care deeply about product quality, not just code correctness
- Enjoy owning problems end-to-end and driving solutions independently
- Thrive in fast-moving startup environments
