The Role

We're hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator who has grown beyond traditional admin work and operates confidently in a DevOps-driven Salesforce environment. You'll own platform configuration, release management, and CI/CD discipline for a large, rapid-moving Salesforce org. This is a hands-on senior role
- not a people-management track
- for someone who enjoys being the technical anchor of the SF team.

What you'll do

Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, security controls

Design and maintain declarative automation
- Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects

Lead release management across sandboxes (Dev SIT UAT Prod) using a up-to-date Salesforce DevOps toolchain

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata; manage version control, branching strategies, and automated deployments

Partner with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Drive code quality, deployment reliability, and rollback readiness; reduce manual deployment effort

Troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and own RCAs

Maintain documentation, governance standards, and audit readiness

What you bring

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience on enterprise orgs

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 mandatory); Advanced Admin (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder strongly preferred

Robust working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps
- experience with any of: SF CLI
