Insurance Jobs: Coprorate Sales Manager - General Insurance, Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for acquisition of corporate customers & responsible for achieving revenue targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
• Own new business acquisition target for the location.
• Generate your own leads from the available resources. Make appointments, explore the customers insurance needs, select appropriate products to meet these needs from the product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.
• Develop and manage the relationship with key decision makers of clients.
• Explore new business opportunities from time to time.
• Build a good customer base in order to further explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell and obtain referral from existing clients to further prospect where appropriate.
• Proactively ensure performance review by submitting various sales reports as per agreed frequencies in order to ensure performance targets are achieved & exceeded.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with Pvt. & PSU insurers to ensure aggressive terms and quotes.

Desired Skills:

• MBA from recognized institute/university
• 3-10 years of relevant experience in corporate Sales for Broking/General Insurance Company
• Strong communication & influencing skills
• Should be result oriented with customer centric approach
• Should be well versed with role modelling & strategic planning & execution
• lII Certification will be an added advantage.
