Electrical Design Engineer (Ahmedabad)

Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a strong background in USA-based MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit, AGI32, and Comcheck, along with the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with US-based Qualified Engineers (PEs) and clients. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects in compliance with USA codes and standards.
- Collaborate with US-based Professional Engineers (PEs) and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review lighting layouts, power distribution systems, panel schedules, and circuiting using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform lighting simulations and calculations using AGI32 to ensure efficient and compliant designs.
- Conduct energy code compliance analysis using Comcheck.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality electrical design packages with minimal supervision. Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical design for USA-based MEP projects.
- Mandatory proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AGI32, and Comcheck.
- Strong knowledge of USA electrical standards and codes.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) and ASHRAE standards .
