Job Title: Travel & Hotel Booking Executive (Female) Location: Titanium City Centre, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time (Back Office – No Field Work) Gender Preference: Female Candidate Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Saturday Job Responsibilities: Handling hotel bookings and flight bookings Managing corporate business accounts Confirming bookings based on generated leads Lead generation through phone calls Coordinating with hotels and clients for smooth confirmation Regular client follow-ups Maintaining proper booking and enquiry records Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintaining back-office Excel sheets Updating confirmed business records Tracking enquiry-stage leads Follow-up and conversion data management Required Skills: Fluent English (spoken & written) Strong communication and convincing skills Good coordination & follow-up ability Basic knowledge of MS Excel Qualified approach towards corporate clients Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in: Hotel Sales Front Desk Back Office Operations Travel Agency Event Company Hospitality Industry Salary: For Freshers (with fluent English): 18,000 – 20,000 per month onwards For Experienced Candidates: Negotiable (based on experience and skills) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m36zq
