Electrical Engineer – Electric Panel Manufacturing & Automation Experience: 5 to 6 Years Location: Kadi/Kalol/Chhatral Industry: Electrical Panels / Industrial Automation We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in electric panel manufacturing and industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, assembling, testing, commissioning, and maintaining electrical control panels and automation systems used in manufacturing plants and process industries. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical control panels such as:
- PCC panels, MCC panels, PLC panels, VFD panels, APFC panels
- Prepare electrical schematics, GA drawings, and panel layouts.
- Select electrical components like breakers, contactors, relays, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors.
- Perform wiring inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Execute PLC programming and automation system integration.
- Commission electrical panels and automation systems at customer sites.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and client teams for project execution. Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of industrial electrical systems & automation.
- Understanding of:
- PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD Drives, Industrial Instrumentation
- Ability to read electrical drawings and control circuits.
- Excellent troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of panel design and load calculations. Software & Technical Knowledge
