As this is not a logistics role, only candidates from the ride hailing or food delivery industry would be considered.

Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and act as the primary point of contact for chauffeurs and key partners.

Build and maintain solid relationships with strategic partners.

Coordinate with supply and account management teams to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor chauffeur performance, attendance, and skilled conduct.

Ensure alignment with client-specific requirements and service standards.

Collaborate with supporting departments to generate accurate operational reports.

Maintain and manage subscriptions according to customer demand and operational needs.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree.

1–3 years of operations experience, preferably in the transportation or luxury service industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation.

Ability to thrive in a agile, fast-paced environment while achieving targets.

Familiarity with online marketplaces is a plus.
