- 6 days working) Experience: 3-6 Years Designation: Executive/ Senior Executive Education: Any Graduate Preffered Education : B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations We are looking for a Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our distribution team in Ahmedabad at plant. This role focuses on managing warehouse operations and ensuring seamless movement of cold chain and non-cold chain products. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations for Cold Chain and Non-Cold Chain products
- Plan manpower deployment, packing materials, and budgets to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance and monitoring of walk-in coolers and data loggers
- Lead audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and corporate guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency at the hub
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for warehouse operations
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers for system and project rollouts
- Manage stock taking, reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and stock hygiene
- Ensure timely closure of warehouse-related issues and complaints
- Align dispatch planning with sales requirements
- Prepare MIS and operational reports
- Support ASRS implementation and stabilization
- Ensure timely distribution of finished goods Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
- Exposure to cold chain handling will be an advantage
- Robust planning, coordination, and analytical skills
