Senior Executive, Office of International Affairs (Ahmedabad)

Role Summary: The Senior Executive role in the Office of International Affairs involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of international exchange programs and partnerships. The position is central to the operational aspects of advancing the university’s global engagement strategy and requires proficiency in organisation, communication, administration, and management. Responsibilities: Provide operational and administrative support for student and faculty exchange programmes, and plan activities for students to foster awareness of opportunities to study abroad. Help expand our network of international partners by conducting basic research on international trends, scoping potential areas of collaboration, and organising events, workshops, and campus visits from partner universities. Prepare, organise, and manage efficient systems and processes for data management, standard operating procedures, digital/paper files, legal documents, and other channels for efficient conduct of initiatives. Support engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including preparing presentations and reports, creating newsletters, managing social media, and designing promotional materials.

Skills and Requirements Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant platforms Experience with basic content creation and graphic design (posters, Instagram posts, etc.) Competent in multi-tasking, organisational, interpersonal and management skills Robust written and oral communication skills Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and desire to learn Ability to work both independently and in teams
