Role Overview We are looking for an R&D Executive with hands-on experience in epoxy systems to develop and optimize formulations for adhesives, coatings, and related applications. The role involves lab-scale development, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting commercialization . Key Responsibilities Formulation Development Develop and optimize epoxy-based formulations for adhesives, coatings, and compositesSelect appropriate resins, hardeners, fillers, and additives Work on improving adhesion, curing behavior, and performance properties Testing&Analysis Conduct laboratory testing such as viscosity, gel time, pot life, curing profile, tensile strength, and hardness Analyze results and ensure products meet quality and performance standards Use instruments like DSC, TGA, and other analytical tools (if applicable) Troubleshooting&Support Identify and resolve formulation and application issues Support production scale-up and pilot trials Troubleshoot problems related to curing, compatibility, and process parameters Documentation&Compliance Prepare and maintain TDS, MSDS, SOPs, and technical documentation Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Production, QC, and Technical Services teams Support customer queries and application trials when requiredKey Skills&Requirements Strong knowledge of epoxy chemistry and polymer systems Hands-on experience in formulation development and lab testing Understanding of curing mechanisms and material compatibility Good analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in documentation and reporting Key CompetenciesInnovation and experimentation mindset Attention to detail and accuracy Strong technical understanding Ability to work independently and in teams Apply Now: [HIDDEN TEXT] WhatsApp: 8353912032
