Commis Chef, Ahmedabad

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, work in a fast-paced environment, and grow in the culinary industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, and portioning as per requirementsMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials Follow instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef Support in plating and presentation of dishes Ensure timely preparation and service of food Requirements: Prior experience as a Commis Chef is preferred; freshers can also applyBasic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Flexibility with shifts and working hours What We Offer: Competitive salary (₹14,000 – ₹24,000 per month) Meals and uniform provided Accommodation availableHealth insurance Paid time off and leave encashment Flexible work schedule This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad
