Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Regional Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The regional manager will oversee sales and operations across the assigned region, driving revenue growth and market expansion for Dolphy's product portfolio. Responsibilities include leading and coaching regional sales teams, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular forecasts and reports. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities in hospitality, corporate, and institutional segments. The regional manager will collaborate closely with marketing, projects, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction while ensuring adherence to company policies and regional budgets.

Qualifications: Proven experience in regional sales or business management, preferably in building products, automation, hospitality solutions, or related industries. 6+ years of experience in B2B Sales Experience in Building Materials, Furniture, Interior Solutions, Hospitality Products, or HoReCa Sales Experience handling Gujarat government projects are mandatory The candidate must currently be working in the Gujarat market.
