The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with corporate clients, start-ups, and high-net-worth individuals, aligned with the firm's service offerings. Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with service teams to design tailored solutions in taxation, assurance, and advisory. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, tracking market trends, and supporting the development of go-to-market strategies for new services and sectors. The Business Development Manager will also monitor sales pipelines, report on revenue targets, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality client service and consistent follow-through.Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within professional services, finance, or consulting. Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Solid understanding of financial, accounting, and tax concepts, with the aptitude to learn the firm's service offerings in detail.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with clear and professional spoken and written English. Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of market research, opportunity assessment, and pipeline management. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Prior experience working with CA firms, financial consultancies, or similar professional environments is preferred. Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis for tracking performance and reporting.High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric approach in all interactions.
