Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Supa Factory. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and developing HR strategies. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining workplace policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves leading training initiatives, performance management, and supporting organizational growth through strategic HR planning. - Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant staff, operators, supervisors, technicians, and support functions.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain manpower planning in alignment with production requirements. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations with workers, unions, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, standing orders, and company policies.
- Support conflict resolution and promote positive workplace culture. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Supervise attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift scheduling.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts department.
- Ensure timely statutory deductions and compliance. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure adherence to labor laws including PF, ESIC, Factory Act, CLRA, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers, licenses, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate labor inspections and audits. Performance Management & Training
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
- Identify training needs for plant employees and coordinate training programs.
- Promote safety awareness and HR compliance training. Administration & Welfare
- Oversee employee welfare initiatives, canteen, transportation, uniforms, and accommodation where applicable.
- Manage contractor workforce documentation and compliance.
- Support CSR and employee engagement activities at plant level. HR Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR MIS reports including manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and productivity data.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases.
