Union Engagement: Foster transparent and proactive communication with the unionized workforce. Address grievances, facilitate dialogue, and build trust-based relationships with union representatives. Ensure full adherence to applicable labor laws and statutory requirements. Oversee timely filings, documentation, and audit readiness. Wage Negotiations: Lead and support wage discussions with union bodies and internal stakeholders. Prepare negotiation strategies and ensure alignment with organizational policies. IR Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and executing the plant's Industrial Relations strategy in line with broader organizational goals. Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with local government bodies, labor departments, and statutory authorities to maintain a peaceful and legally compliant working environment Post-graduation specialization in Human Resources.
