The role involves identifying and developing business and sales opportunities, lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market analyses, preparing financial reports and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. The Business Development Officer will act as a bridge between clients and the company, ensuring excellent service delivery and fostering business growth.Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Strong Analytical Skills and a keen understanding of financial metrics and market trends. Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Background in finance or business development is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
