What you will do:
• Lead and manage the complete sales team, ensuring productivity and target achievement
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for QualiSpace offerings
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals
• Mentor, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrationsManage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable cloud and infrastructure solutions
• Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for seamless client onboarding and delivery
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates for management review
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term business retention
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development
• Prior experience in team handling and sales leadership roles is mandatory.
• Experience in Cloud Sales, Hosting, SaaS, IT Infrastructure, or Technology Sales will be preferred
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise sales strategies
• Excelled leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business engagements when required
