Graphic Design<\/span> <\/b> <\/span> <\/span> <\/div>

- Design visually compelling digital assets for global marketing campaigns, client presentations, company websites, social media, and internal communications.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>

- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print media.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>

- Develop layouts, illustrations, and motion graphics as required.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>

- Support product, event, and campaign launches with high\-quality visual content.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/span> <\/div>

Web Systems & Technical Management<\/span> <\/b> <\/span> <\/div>

- Manage, maintain, and optimize graphics and content on company websites.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>

- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Sales) to implement web updates and enhancements.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>

- Ensure website usability, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web hosting, domains, and integrations.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/span> <\/div>

Digital Strategy & Support<\/span> <\/b> <\/span> <\/div>

- Contribute to design improvements based on analytics and user feedback.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>

- Assist in technical interviews and provide tech support to internal IT teams.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and creative project requirements.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li>

- Support long\-term digital infrastructure planning, including potential server admin upskilling.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>

- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design and web management. <\/span> <\/li>

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web development tools (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress). <\/span> <\/li>

- Experience with SEO, analytics, and performance optimization tools. <\/span> <\/li>

- Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. <\/span> <\/li>

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced, global environment. <\/span> <\/li>

- Excellent communication skills
