Maharashtra Job Type: Full time, Contract (12 Months) ### Job Description We are seeking a structured and analytical Operations Associate to join our Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) team under a 12-month contract. The position is an immediate requirement to support end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities for manufacturing solutions. ### Key Responsibilities Seamlessly manage and execute vendor onboarding processes via the Supplier Onboarding Portal. Handle day-to-day data entry, track procurement milestones, prepare operational reports, and generate timely Management Information Systems (MIS) to share with all key stakeholders. Demonstrate a transparent business process understanding of the end-to-end PR to PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) cycle, payment processing, and vendor management. Coordinate efficiently across cross-functional operations to ensure structural compliance in procurement activities. ### Requirements and Skills Education: BE (Bachelor of Engineering) or any Science Graduate. Experience: 0 to 2 years (Entry-level candidates and freshers with strong technical alignment are welcome to apply). Software Tools: Preferred hands-on experience, familiarity, or professional training in SAP HANA & SAP Ariba. Core Competencies: Agile problem-solving skills, strong accountability for assigned operational tasks, and robust qualified communication skills.
