- 7-8 LPA Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative, multi-disciplinary designer who operates at the intersection of video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, and UI/UX. This role demands exceptional visual thinking, strong storytelling ability, and the capability to translate concepts into compelling digital experiences across platforms. The ideal candidate is not just a production executor, but a creative thinker with design judgment, capable of elevating brand communication through motion, interaction, and visual systems. - Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms (social, web, campaigns, product demos).
- Design and execute motion graphics, explainer videos, title sequences, and animations.
- Apply advanced transitions, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Collaborate on video concepts, scripts, and storyboards. Graphic Design
- Create impactful visual assets for digital marketing, branding, presentations, and campaigns.
- Maintain robust consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Design layouts, illustrations, and visual systems that communicate clearly and creatively. UI/UX Design
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility and usability.
- Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles. Required Skills & Expertise Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (advanced proficiency required)
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Figma (UI/UX design, prototyping)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Knowledge of motion principles (easing, timing, hierarchy) Creative & Strategic Skills
- Exceptional visual creativity and design sensibility
- Strong storytelling ability through motion and visuals
- Ability to convert abstract ideas into polished creative output
- Attention to detail with a high standard for quality Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in video, motion graphics, and design
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing video, motion, graphic, and UI/UX work
- Experience working with brands, products, or digital platforms
- Prior experience in startups, agencies, or fast-paced creative environments is a plus Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
