Enablon Configuration Specialist / Technical Analyst Bunghmun

Job Summary:

The Enablon Specialist is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Enablon software solutions, particularly focusing on Workplace, Health, Safety (EHS), Sustainability, and Risk Management modules. This role requires acting as a subject matter expert (SME) to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements

Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration: Configure and customize Enablon modules (e.g., Risk Management, Incident Management, Audit, Metrics) to meet client-specific EHS business requirements. Technical Support (L2/L3): Perform production support, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues, including managing access requests and analyzing error messages. Development & Integration: Use Enablon Builder/development tools to create forms, reports, and workflows. Integrate Enablon with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services. Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in testing efforts (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of software releases and configurations. Documentation & Training: Document solutions, workflows, and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users. Enablon Installation, Deployment Enablon Upgrade Enablon Server Management

Required Skills & Experience Experience: 5–10+ years of experience in supporting or implementing Enablon software solutions. Domain Knowledge: Robust understanding of EHS (Setting, Health, Safety) processes, compliance, and regulatory reporting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Enablon Builder toolset, Form/Report/Approval & Rules Factory. SQL skills for data queries, validation, and performance tuning. Knowledge of NABSIC language, JavaScript, Java, and XML. Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and data migration processes. Certification: Enablon Certification (e.g., Builder, Shared Functions, IMS, or Audit modules) is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Enablon Configuration & Data Analysis. Background in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing industry.
