Job Title Business Analyst Execution and Strategy GRD Platform Location Jaipur Work from Office Industry SaaS HR Tech Recruitment Tech Experience 3 to 7 Years About the Role We are building a next generation Recruitment Execution Platform GRD that helps organizations move from hiring activity to business outcomes Hiring delays equal revenue loss Our platform solves this through execution discipline workflow design and real time visibility We are looking for a Business Analyst who can design business processes translate them into product workflows and drive execution clarity across teams This is not a pure data reporting role This is a business plus product plus execution role Key Responsibilities Business Process Design Design and improve business processes for strategic hiring execution Map workflows like hiring pipeline SLA tracking conversion stages risk and bottleneck identification Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Requirement Analysis and Documentation Gather requirements from stakeholders business recruiters leadership Convert business needs into BRD FRD User Stories Create explicit documentation for product and development teams Product and Execution Alignment Translate business processes into product features and workflows Work closely with developers designers and product team Ensure business logic is correctly implemented in the system Stakeholder Management Conduct meetings and workshops with internal teams and clients Present insights workflows and solutions clearly Insights and Continuous Improvement Analyze workflows and identify delays bottlenecks and process gaps Suggest improvements in execution productivity and system usage User Acceptance and Delivery Support user acceptance testing Ensure final product aligns with business requirements Monitor deliverables and ensure timely execution Desired Candidate Profile 3 to 7 years of experience in Business Analysis Product Analysis or Operations Strong understanding of process design workflow thinking and business problem solving Experience in BRD FRD User Stories stakeholder management and cross functional coordination Ability to simplify complex concepts for non technical users Strong analytical and structured thinking Good to Have Exposure to SaaS products HR Tech or Recruitment domain Understanding of KPI metrics and dashboards Basic familiarity with Power BI or Tableau not mandatory Education Graduation any stream MBA or PGDM preferred About Us We are building GRD Getting Recruitments Done a Hiring Execution Operating System that combines SaaS platform workflow discipline and execution coaching Our mission is to help companies improve hiring velocity increase productivity and reduce revenue loss due to hiring delays How to Apply Send your CV to Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4l9ktw
