Digital Growth Executive (Rajasthan)

We are a craft-first Indian women's fashion brand, handcrafting sarees and occasion wear in Jaipur. Our pieces have been worn at weddings, featured in Bollywood, and are finding their way to some of the world's most significant stages. We are a small, quick-moving team. We are looking for one person to own our digital engine — someone who is hungry, resourceful, and wants to see their work show up in revenue numbers every week. This is not a content creation role. This is not a social media manager role. This is a digital operations role for someone who genuinely enjoys figuring things out. WHAT YOU WILL OWN → Shopify analytics . Weekly performance tracking — conversion rate, checkout completion, returning customer rate. You spot the problems before anyone else does. → Email campaigns . End to end. Segment the list, build the template, schedule the send, report what worked. Klaviyo or Shopify Email. → Meta retargeting . Not strategy — execution. Warm audiences, right creative, right budget, pause what is not working. → Content calendar . Coordinate with the team to ensure the right content goes out at the right time for the right occasion. → WhatsApp broadcasts . Manage the mechanics of customer outreach campaigns. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR → Fresh graduate or final year student — 2023, 2024, or 2025 passout. → An Instagram page, a college fest, a small side hustle. Anything that required you to figure things out without a manual. → You do not need to know all of them — you need to be the kind of person who learns them in a week. → In English and Hindi. → In-person preferred. → You care about craft, culture, and building something that matters. WHAT YOU WILL GET → Not tasks assigned to you — outcomes you are responsible for. → You will learn more about running a DTC brand in six months here than in two years at a larger company.
