Role Description This is a full time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Marketing Team Lead. The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding the marketing team, creating and executing marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring that the team meets its goals. The role involves leading team meetings, setting objectives, overseeing daily operations, and fostering collaboration within the team to achieve organizational targets. Qualifications Proven expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate team members. Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration and presentations. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute overall marketing strategies Lead and coordinate the marketing team Manage affiliate marketing activities and growth Handle campaign planning and execution Create growth and engagement strategies for the brand Coordinate with content, design, and community teams Train and guide team members for better execution Monitor marketing performance and reporting Ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations Stay updated with trends, audience behavior, and content opportunities Relevant experience in an ed-tech or related digital industry is a plus.
