Job Summary / Role Overview As a Paid Social Operator, you will take ownership of campaign execution across Meta (primary channel) while supporting expansion into additional platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and Reddit. This is not a strategy-only position—you will be expected to work directly in ad accounts daily, launching campaigns, testing creatives, optimizing performance, and scaling budgets efficiently. Your success will be measured by your ability to increase spend significantly while maintaining or improving CPA and ROI targets.
