Sales Executive - International Outbound | Jaipur (Rajasthan)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our outbound contact centre team focused on the Australia region. The ideal candidate will have experience in international outbound sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals while maintaining high customer engagement standards. This role involves making outbound calls, pitching products/services, and achieving sales targets in a quick-paced environment. KEY ACCOUNTABLIITIES
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers in the Australia region
• Present, promote, and sell company products/services effectively over the phone
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to drive conversions
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems
• Handle objections professionally and convert leads into successful sales
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals
• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and sales strategies
• Adhere to compliance guidelines and quality standards for international calling YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 1 year of experience in international outbound sales (Australia/US/UK process preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills
• Go-getter attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Self-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to remain focused in a target-driven, high-volume calling environment
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
