Digital Marketing Manager (Rajasthan)

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and accelerate e-commerce growth. The role involves ownership of customer acquisition, retention, brand presence, and digital performance across channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with e-commerce goals. Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, programmatic, marketplaces) to achieve ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets. Lead SEO initiatives: keyword strategy, on-page/off-page optimization, and content planning. Oversee CRM and retention activities including email, SMS, and automation workflows. Manage social media presence, content calendars, influencer partnerships, and community engagement. Monitor web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio) and generate performance insights and reports. Improve website conversion rates through CRO, A/B testing, and UX collaboration. Manage agency partners, freelancers, and coordinate with internal teams (creative, tech, merchandizing). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 3-6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or D2C. Robust expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and analytics tools. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
