Vice President Construction (Rajasthan)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the strategic leader for all construction-related activities across multiple sites.
- Ensure timely execution of all project packages in compliance with design, quality, HSE, and regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and build construction teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and QA/QC personnel.
- Review and validate project budgets, schedules, resource planning, value engineering proposals, and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Set up robust construction management systems, quality control protocols, reporting structures, and safety standards.
- Lead efforts to establish an in-house construction vertical with efficient systems, procedures, and delivery mechanisms.
- Ensure documentation, design coordination, and stakeholder communication are well managed.
- Drive cost control and schedule adherence across all construction packages.
- Perform any other duties that the company management may entrust, as per project or organizational needs. Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience with reputed developers, consultancies or major contractors.
- Solid exposure to high quality mixed-use developments, 5-star hospitality, high rise towers, large scale integrated township projects.
- Ability to structure and scale a full-fledged internal construction vertical.
- In-depth knowledge of modern construction techniques, MEP integration, quality and HSE systems, and IS codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
