Jewellery Production Manager (Rajasthan)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Production Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process of jewellery manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, timely delivery, and effective use of resources while maintaining cost control. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily jewellery production operations including casting, polishing, setting, and finishing
- Supervise production staff and ensure smooth workflow across all departments
- Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
- Maintain high-quality standards and minimize defects or wastage
- Coordinate with design and sales teams for production planning
- Monitor inventory of raw materials like gold, silver, diamonds, and stones
- Implement cost control measures and improve production efficiency
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and tools
- Train and guide team members to improve productivity and skills
- Maintain records of production, quality checks, and inventory
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery production or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of jewellery making processes (casting, setting, polishing, etc.)
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle production planning and deadlines effectively
- Basic understanding of inventory and cost control
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Jewellery Design/Manufacturing (preferred)
- Experience in handling gold/diamond jewellery production Working Conditions:
