Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, optimize workflows, and ensure effective production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvements across the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise production staff and organize workflows to ensure effective manufacturing operations

Communicate job expectations and monitor employee performance through regular feedback and appraisals

Coach, mentor, and discipline employees while fostering a collaborative work environment

Plan, schedule, and assign production tasks to meet delivery timelines and production targets

Monitor production processes, control points, and equipment to maintain workflow efficiency
