Customer Relationship Manager (Rajasthan)

Candidate Requirement: We are looking for a BE Civil Engineering graduate (preferred qualification) with 2 to 4 years of experience, exclusively from the real estate industry, and a dedicated background in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department (not from Technical CRM). Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in raising demand notes and managing the collection process.
- Proficient in coordinating with clients and the finance team for timely follow-up and closure of complete payments.
- Ability to handle post-sales customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
