Restaurant Captain / Head Waiter (Rajasthan)

- Guest Service:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
- Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and schedule dining room staff, including servers, bussers, and hosts.
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate key information and assign duties.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to service standards and company policies.
- Service Operations:
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Monitor the quality and presentation of food and beverages before serving to guests.

- Financial Responsibilities:
